Collect the sample into the appropriate collection tubes

The type of sample and the quantity required for analysis are specified in our catalog for each test performed.

STEP 2

Register the order online

via the Customer Panel or the Veteo app (If you don’t have access yet, please fill out the form)

Select the tests and the type of sample, then label the samples with a barcode.

STEP 3

Send us properly prepared and secured sample

Place the labelled samples (and the accompanying submission form, if applicable) into a Veteo specimen bag, seal it, and affix the barcode label to the bag.

Order a courier via the Customer Panel, or the Veteo app (alternatively, by calling the selected laboratory) and await sample pick up.

STEP 4

View your results

You can view and download the results directly in the Customer Panel

or find them in your email inbox.

STEP 5

Billing

Services provided are invoiced monthly.

An invoice listing the analyses performed in the previous month is sent to the ordering party’s address.
Invoices are also available in the Customer Panel.
