Collect the sample and label the sample container with a barcode<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"standard-arrow list-divider bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li>The required material type and volume needed for analysis are listed on <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.veteo.eu\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F\">our portal<\/a> under each specific test.<\/li>\n<li>Beware of the risk of confusion! Order the test in the client portal or Veteo app<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"standard-arrow list-divider bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li>Log in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.veteo.eu\">client portal<\/a> or the Veteo app and go to the &#8220;Test Order&#8221; section. (If you don\u2019t have access yet, <a href=\"https:\/\/veteo.eu\/start-working-with-veteo-eu\/?lang=en#kundenkonto-erstellen\">please fill out the form<\/a>.)<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the owner and patient information, select the desired test, and indicate the type of sample being sent. Please remember that serum or plasma should be sent after centrifugation.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the barcode number that you used to label all samples for the order. If you don\u2019t have a barcode, you can generate one in the &#8220;missing code&#8221; field. Also label the sample containers with this code.<\/li>\n<li>Please do not include a printed test request with the sample.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221; content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>3.
